Core Merino 120 Bottom Reviews

Lightweight base layer

Does an excellent job of wicking sweat. So light and comfortable it feels like wearing nothing at all. Awesome under my waders.

Core merino 120

Sitka’s 120 base layers, perfect weight, very well made, great fit not to tight. My go to for winter hunting.

Perfect layering with lightweight pants

Wore this weekend in upper 40's. Took the chill out and was very comfortable. Good to wear in the morning when its chilly and warming up later in the hunt during early bow season in East Texas.

Core merino 150 bottoms

Really comfortable and wicks sweat nicely.

Comfy long-johns

Good Fit and feel against the skin. Didn't notice them under my Pursuit pants during a cold morning.

Good stuff

Love them good layering bottoms

Careful cutting tags

These are a great every hunt layer November on, don't think I had them in October, but are really light and I am sure they'd be good earlier too.

perfect for layering

took them to Italy where it was raining and cold. this was perfect under my jeans.

Excellent!

The fit is perfect for me size large (I’m 6 ft 210. Warmth is great. Holds shape after repeated hand washing…. .

Not built for the hunt

They’re very warm and do a great job insulating in the field, but they just don’t hold up. I’ve worn mine on 2 south central Alaskan hunts this fall and they’re already just about ripped to shreds. I don’t even want to imagine how poorly they’d hold up in a more rugged environment.

Perfect fit and comfort

Amazing fit and perfect for all my outdoor adventures.

Core Merino 120 Bottom

The Core Merino 120 Bottom is a good quality product that I use as a base layer. The bottoms does an excellant job at wicking away moisture during my hike to my stand.

Core merino 120 bottom

Great product

Great Baselayer

They fit well and help with insulation, when needed, througout deer season. They font have the itchy feeling and are soft. Im 5'9 190lbs and the Lg fit me well.

The extra touch

When it’s chilly but not cold enough to warrant the stratus and the stand is on your back and you’re moving in these keep me just a little dryer than I would be after 2 miles in on public. Pairs well with traverse pants.

Go to baselayer

I’ve been wearing the merino 120’s as my go to baselayer for more than 10 years on September archery elk hunts at 7-10k foot elevation. Incredible wicking, always comfortable, and no bulk layering for those wild September temp swings. Excellent odor resistance. I’ve rotated two pairs of baselayers on extended backcountry hunts up to 19 days and I wouldn’t use anything else. I can confidently recommend these for extended backcountry hunts
