Great Pants!

The Dakota Pants kept me warm in the Southern Illinois duck pits in December. I’ll definitely be buying more!

Dakota pant

I absolutely love these pants, a lot warmer than I anticipated. The fit and finish if you will are top notch, which is what we’ve come to expect from Sitka. This is my first piece of waterfowl gear from Sitka but have been running their whitetail and western big game gear for 5+ years so know these pants will stand the test of time

I really find myself intrigued with the Sitka brand of sportsman wear. I ordered the Dakota Pant and love them. They are an excellent choice for the mid to late season bow hunter. I recently wore them on a waterfowl hunt under my delta zip waders, again I was very pleased with them.

Dakota pants optifade timber

These pants are a good bit lighter than the rest of my optifade timber clothing. These pants DO NOT match my Dakota hoodie that I purchased around a year ago. Fairly disappointed.

Great pants been wearing them ice fishing. Kept me dry and warm! Very comfortable! Waist is a little small but rest is perfect!

Durable and Warm Late Season pants

These pants are fairly warm and durable. They are good for layering under waders or insulated bibs (excellent with Boreal Bibs) and when used alone when active during late season. My only complaint is the thigh pockets are not very ergonomic/useable unless you are sitting and are too deep which items end up touching the top of your knees while active. I would much prefer if they had the thigh pockets from the Mountain Pant. Pant sizing is very on point featuring a relaxed fit. This could be a complaint for people with more slender legs. Would be nice if different fits were offered.

These pants are awesome! Windproof and nice and warm. Great fit, feel and durable.

Comfortable, warm

The stretch makes these quite comfortable. The thin fleece inside provided enough warmth to be comfortable under the uninsulated Sitka waders at 40 degrees, and I’d guess would be warm at quite a bit colder temps too. The rear pocket zipper opening is too tight, making it hurt your fingers a little to get a wallet in and out. I love the dedicated knife pocket on the right side. The angled zipper cargo pockets weird, but neat I guess. I usually wear 38L, but in this pant a 40R is what fit.

Great Product

Perfect for my needs, great outer layer for over my core base layers, fits true to size. Wanted something for the cooler days and to add that windproof factor to my system- perfect !

Solid Late Fall Pants

Great pants for late fall hunting in the woods. Comfortable in 30-45 degrees. Will use them for hunting deer in the fall and turkeys in the spring.

Awesome pants. I’m 6’2 225lbs. Got the 38 tall. I’ll need a belt, and they were about an 1. 5 inches long. Took them to my awesome local seamstress had her fit the length and also tightened the cuff cause I like a tight fit to tuck into my mucks without bulging at my ankle with the excess pant leg. Fit like a dream now 👌 Thanks Carole!!

Great hunting pants,very warm for as light as they are. They are very durable use them mostly for pheasant hunting no rips yet,my first pair is 5 years old and have had alotta use.

Shines in the late season

I purchased these pants for bowhunting later in the season. They are very warm and comfortable, and the sizing is spot on. They do a great job of shedding light sleet and snow, too.

Bought these pants for hunting and outdoor work in the winter. Used them in CO’s first big storm of the year and couldn’t even feel the cold with no under layers. Great pant.
