Ticks Away...

I love this product! Great fit and comfortable flex. Most importantly in summer months and early hunting season, the local ticks are going to be in trouble! The built-in gaiters and insect + shield will keep those buggers off the skin!

Much Needed Protection!

I liked my first pair so much I got a second! The ticks are bad this year and I would pick of 5-10 ticks depending on the day, but when I wore my equinox guard pants and changed out when I got home it would not find any. I would shake off my pants, hang them outside and pack them away later that night without any ticks. I purchased this pair for my everyday use in the woods, scouting, food plotting, or just hiking. My wife now wants a pair!

Love the built in cuff that prevents ticks from crawling inside the pant leg. Extremely comfortable!

Excellent hot weather pants!

I got these right before a hunting trip to Louisiana in mid May. They were absolutely amazing at repelling bugs and staying as comfortable as can be expected given the heat/humidity. Highly recommend!

Awesome fit Love the material and fitment of this style…..compared to some of Sitkas new tight ankle designs. These fit like a normal jean cut and have a wide enough base around your ankle to cover your boots

Extremely happy with these pants. I probably could’ve bought the tall and not the regular (they were a little short.) The length didn’t bother me since I wear tall waterproof lacrosse boots.

Keeps the bugs at bay.

Took these to South Africa. The internal guards worked perfectly. Never had one tick to deal with. Their sizing is odd. I had to get a 36R. In a Mountain Pant I wear a 34T. I normally wear 32/34 jeans.

Equinox Guard Pant

True to size and the insect protection definitely works. Very comfortable and love the angled zipper pockets. I even bought a XL to fit over another long sleeve hunting sweat shirt for the cooler mornings and to keep the outer insect protection.

Love these

I purchased these to wear for 'every day' type activities. We don't have major bug issues in western WA, but it's nice to have these at times when the mosquitos and biting flies are out or when heading to higher elevations for outdoor activities. I love the way these fit and move with you. Great design!

Great defense against swamp mosquitos!

Great fit. Easy to move. No mosquito bites! Love the slash pockets that double as vents. I was a little on the fence about those, but they worked really well. Nothing fell out of the pockets and they dumped heat fast.

I went on an Axis

I went on an Axis deer hunt in Hawaii, an area known for its mosquitoes. This year, the mosquitoes weren't too bad, so I couldn't fully assess the effectiveness of the guard. I'll be testing it against ticks this fall. The guard is a simple piece of cloth that you tuck into your boot, similar to how I used to tuck my pant legs into my socks and blouse my pants in the military. Both methods seem effective, though you might need longer pants if you opt not to use these guard pants.

Fit is pretty on point. The tick repellent is legit! Not the most durable but they do offer some flex, which is nice. It is becoming my "go to" spring/summer pant. I do wish there was a back pocket and that the front pockets were shaped like a jean pocket so you don't lose items from your pocket when you sit down. But... No ticks!!!

Super comfortable!

Have never had a bug or tick bite while using these pants. The hit vents are absolutely phenomenal and perfectly designed. The front pockets/vents are perfect for sliding my call away with the least amount of movement. And great for venting while on the move.

Very comfortable fit for me. Bought them to help with ticks that are bad on the property in the spring and summer. Seems to work well so far in limited use.

I have worn these in

I have worn these in areas with heavy mosquitoes and ticks. So far I have seen mosquitoes land on them, but i was not bitten. I also haven’t noticed any ticks after wearing them in the woods. These have given the same results as covering myself with bug spray without the messy residue. I like the vent through pockets and the material. I do wish they had back pockets. Every pair of men’s pants should have rear pockets for a wallet or any other use.

This is the second pair I have purchased. They fit great, are comfortable, and help tremendously at keeping bugs and ticks off. They are pretty durable as well. May purchase a third pair just to have a backup pair.

Awesome pattern. Day after receiving them, went turkey hunting and took a bird from 10 yards. Never saw me. Great pattern and comfortable fit. Worth every penny!

I like them but they

I like them but they are a little bit hot. I guess a little bit of extra heat is worth the protection. As a side note I do run hot so it may be me more than the pants. They do work.

They’re light, strong, and durable. The side vents are great when it hot. The pockets are perfectly placed and they’re comfortable.

Used these for turkey hunting

Used these for turkey hunting in northern Wisconsin. Fit is great, very durable and comfortable. Also bought the hoodie. Love them both. Both worked well for my successful turkey hunt.
