Favorite for comfort, warmth and style. The hood with facial zip is also the perfect thing to cut the early morning chill! I have one in every color - would love to see one for women to provide a more contoured fit, length to cover but without the bulk for a man's shoulders. I always wore my husband's but decided to get my own.

Very soft

Very soft, I’d wear it on skin only. Very warm and not bulky for ease of movement. The hood zips up just under the nose and good visibility.

Great addition to my outdoor

Great addition to my outdoor clothing. I'm out on the water a lot and this is good for all year long. the hoodie is great for keeping the bugs out.

Hoodie fits great, ordered Large and had to swap to a XL.

Too long in rear.

Like the styling and face mask. Large was too tight in sleeves. X large too long in back side. Hangs way lower than my Sitka rain coat.

This is one of my fav pieces. I have two of these already and I added a third for the upcoming season. Couple different colors. I wear these all the time. They are so comfortable and extremely warm. Perfect for layering in the different hunting seasons.

Perfect mid layer

Great fit and helps take the chill out of the air on those colder Colorado morning. i wear this over my Sitka lightweight hoodie. I'm good with just wearing tese two items when hiking all the way down into the 30's. Great piece of clothing for my layering setup

It seems to be made well. I like how the hood covers my face too. What I don’t like is that after a couple of wears and one wash it’s already starting to pile. Those little bumps of threads or whatever.

Fabric doesn’t hold up

The fabric does have heavy pulling when worn as a mid layer. Sitka said that is normal wear. Probably worn as a mid layer 3-4 times. Would not expect it with a quality fabric. It is very comfortable and fits true to siz

Fits good and is warm. I prefer it over the Fanatic Hoodie because it doesn't have the seam around the forearthat is tight and bothers me.

I own 4 of these in 2 different sizes. 5’9”, 185. Medium is perfect mid layer with a merino base. Large works well for a casual everyday fit. I wear them in the field, on the boat, by the fire. In the everyday rotation, with 2-3 years of wear. Stitching has held up, fabric is quilted for warmth, and durable.

Very warm without bulk. Athletic fit without being restrictive or saggy in armpits and shoulders. Loosens up after a couple washes. Fits great under other layers. Zips up to your nose so a face mask is unnecessary. I purchased a medium.

I liked this one in Subalpine so much for hunting that I bought one in black for wearing around town. Huge fan of the comfort factor in it

Great hoodie but it does run big in my opinion. Has to exchange for a smaller size.

Love this hoodie. Own 2 of them. Great for layering or stand alone. Similar to the fanatic hoodie that I also very much love, but no face mask. This hoodie is my go to hoodie for most of the year up in Wisconsin

This was the last of my Sitka hoodie purchases and I was concerned that either (1) it would be a minimal increase in insulation over the medium weight hoodie or (2) it would be so heavy as to lose the lightweight-ness of the merino hoodie series. Sitka did a great job here by avoiding both of those issues. It's light in weight, but still fairly thick. Looking forward to having it as a base layer on some cow elk hunts in the near future late seasons!

Softest Grid Fleece

Fits great, love the longer tail in the back so it doesn’t ride up. The fleece inner feels great on the skin and it also seems to breathe really well when hiking.

Warm, light, perfect for USPSA shooting. I want 10 of them I like it so much. I wanted something not as baggy so I got an XL. I’m 6’4 225 and wear a lot of XXL. The XL was perfect because they’re nice and long compared to most XL sizes, but very fitting everywhere.

Like any Sitka product it appears to be a quality made product. Fits as expected. A little loose for the hood but that's OK, no problem.
