Beautiful jacket, perfect fit, not warm

I was going to five 4 stars but maybe it's just me. First, the jacket is awesome in fit, materials and construction. I love the feel of the material inside and out. Really surprised by that as I'm as picky as they come. My only hesitation in recommending it is, as I should have known, GoreTex Windstopper is just not warm. I've had many Windstopper jackets and none will keep you warm. it sounds as if stopping the wind would do so but it doesn't. That aside, I love the jacket.

I normally wear a large

I normally wear a large size but ordered the xl due to the sleeve length. Larger size Will allow for layering. Jacket fit great and provides great comfort in windy conditions.

Wore it for the first time in 38 degree weather on my Can Am headed to stand, we do not get a lot of real cold weather here in East Texas but jacket and shot sleeve shirt and ride to stand was comfortable.

Purchased the blaze orange one

Purchased the blaze orange one mainly for dog walking. It is thinner than I expected. Very nice however.i will definitely log a lot of miles with it.

A little thinner than I

A little thinner than I thought it would be - was hoping this would be enough for very cold temps. Also is tighter than I was hoping for. Good build quality as always though. Comfortable.

The most versatile jacket I own!

I'm an avid hunter living in the Yukon, and this is my favourite jacket. Cuts the wind, no problem. It's the perfect amount of insulation to keep you warm when it's a bit chilly, but not so much that you can't stay cool when you unzip the underarm vents when it's warm. The hood is very underated. The pullcords that allow you to tighten it are great. I use it quite a bit when I'm jetboating or quading, and tightening the hood keeps it in place no matter how fast you're going. I use this jacket as a standalone jacket, or with some down layering underneath, and it performs perfectly. Easily the most versatile jacket, I take it everywhere!

Jacket fits perfect! not too bulky but you can still layer underneath if you wish. I'm 6'4 215lbs, athletic build and the XLT option was perfect for me! definitely recommend this versatile piece

This jacket is a workhorse. Im tough on clothes and especially my mainstay hunting jacket. Ive worn this thing in 50 degree September evenings and negative December temps. It just flat out works.

One of my favorite jackets

I love the jetstream jacket. It is perfect for chili to cold days. Super easy to wear out and about and not so bulky that when you take it off, it’s hard to lug around.

Made of strong fabric but holds to much rain water

This jacket held up well during my two week hunt. It is definitely warm enough for me. The biggest complaint is it gets heavy in the rain. I was hoping that it would not hold as much moisture as it did. I paired it with the Timberline pants it also became excessively heavy. I almost removed both just to hike out my elk in my shorts and shirt but I was quickly reminded that the brush and sage cover would eat my skin alive.

Nothing But Perfection

Damn....damn...damn! Nothing but perfection. I have used Kuiu and First Lite; however, Sitka is the best of the best. You have customer for life.

Favorite jacket

Warm and comfortable, quiet as you move. The sleeves stay in place even when I draw back with my bow.
