Love the Jetstream line

Im about 185lbs and 5’9” and find the Jet-stream jacket in LG to fit great over a light base layer also in LG and the Jetstream vest in MD. Also have the Downpour jacket in LG and that fits perfectly over the Jetstream jacket. From past experience I expect these to last many years…small price to pay in the long run. It’s important to me that each layer works with other pieces before investing. I went to Sportsman’s and tested all that out previously then waited for these to go on sale. Satisfied with the purchase. Sitkagear designs quality equipment.

Great jacket

I’ve already worn this jacket several times as I’ve been out on the property doing chores with light rain, a little bit of wind, and temps between 50 and 60. It’s a lite weight jacket but certainly withstands the elements. It is cut small so if you plan on layering but one size larger. Also it’s a little noisy for me for bow hunting but would work as a layer under something quieter.

It’s a bit small for me to be able to layer but it’s a nice warm jacket. I bought a heated vest for underneath, should be great, only wish I would of ordered the large.

Cuts the wind very well,I layered it over primaloft and was comfortable to warm while walking with temps in the 20's and a steady 15mph wind. Nice zip pockets,large fit well but some patience is needed with taking it off ,it's a tight fit over my hands to remove,would be nice to have some elastic at the cuffs, my neighbor has the same issue with his Sitka rain gear. This material has done well in the brush too,no snagging up going through some briar.

This jacket is the perfect weight for early season turkey hunting with temps in the 40’s. Very comfortable!

Bought same coat several years ago and wore it a lot / loved it. Good down to 10F or so. Gets a lot colder around here so have a warmer hunting coat too. Coat still looks like new but zipper broke. Glad to be able to get a new one just like it. also have one in black for non/ hunting wear.

Perfect Spring/Fall and Warmer Winter Days

I purchased this for my 77-year old Father for his Birthday. He has worn it every day since then! It's perfect in northern PA for the Spring/Fall days and warmer winter days. Replaced him wearing two bulky coats with this one sleek jacket. He walks twice daily for at least an hour with his dog, and it blocks the wind and light rain. The sleeves are just a tad long, for a more tailored fit he really could have worn a Lg, but he likes the fit so he can wear a bulkier base layer.

My new Jetstream Jacket has been a pleasant surprise to me - in that not only does it stop the wind - but also is very warm for its wight. Also love the style and the fit as it allows for unrestricted movement while hunting or working.

I really like this jacket, it works well for hunting or everyday use. I have abused this jacket and it has been very durable and shows no signs of wear. I really like the ability to layer a system to work with changing weather patterns. I would recommend and purchase again in other patterns.

thinner than I thought

It is a great jacket, no doubt. I thought it would be warmer, time will tell. Sitka quality is great.

Wonderful warm and comfortable jacket! My only disappointment is it didn’t have the inside pockets like my son’s Sitka for my phone. I love the warmth of the jacket

Don’t get me wrong this is a good jacket but the sizing of the jacket runs small and the overall feel of the jacket leaves some to be desired, I’d say this jacket is okay for single layer run and gun hunts in warm weather.

I got a large tall

I got a large tall and I am 6’ 2” and 170lbs. Also like the thickness of the jacket and that it is waterproof

This is my second jetstream

This is my second jetstream jacket. Great jackets. The windstopper truly stops the wind versus other jackets that have wind resistance. The features are great and I have used them in different hunting situations. Great jacket.

All about the wind

After several seasons dry-field waterfowl hunting, I’ve found the mid temperature range jacket that works for me. Lightweight merino base under the Jetstream I stayed cozy down to 40f with a 20mph wind. GoreTex Infinium fabric is wonderful. It’s a little roomy compared to the Dakota hoody for added insulation if needed. Mud color is richly darker than most pictures/ads seem to display. Love it.

Coat is perfect when it is windy. Keeps you warm.

Very versatile piece that fits well. Plan to wear it shed hunting and hiking in spring and fall. Face fabric seems very durable.

Extremely nice

I used a friends jacket during hunting season and I had to have one for myself. Very few others out there can match up to Sitka gear.

GET IT YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED! I love this jacket. Its very well made, the newest version is quite and soft. It's my go to in spring, and when it gets cooler and cold I toss the ambient hoody under it and I'm good in wind rain snow whatever into the 20s if moving some. You guys killed it!

Incredible jacket

I ordered this jacket in a medium and a large. The medium was way too small. The sleeves stopped mid forearm! The large is a little big in the belly but easy to layer with. Totally wind proof. I was in hard rain for an hour with no leaking the first time I wore it. It is similar to my stratus but louder and more water resistant. I bought this for everyday wear/hiking.

Love the Jacket!

The Jetstream jacket is definitely a go-to on those windy days. The only neutral comment I have about it is that it runs a little small for jacket sizing. I’m usually a large but the large was a bit snug on me so I bumped up to an XL.

Warm jacket!

Recently started purchasing sitka products. Ive used another brand over the years and have been nothing but impressed with not only the products but the customer service. This jackets has a lot of features and is very warm. Def using this for my elk layering.

My go to every day jacket

I have several of these jackets now (some camo and some in solid colors) and even bought two for my wife. I live in Georgia where the temperature can be 40 degrees in the morning and hit 65 by noon and this jacket can be worn the whole time. If I get a little hot while moving about I use the vent zippers in the armpits and open the jacket to quickly dump some heat. Fantastic jacket
