Like the other 20 some

Like the other 20 some pieces of Sitka gear that I currently own this one looks and feels like Sitka quality. Love this tough durable brand and their no questions asked warranty!

Ridiculously Noisy

I wanted to like this jacket so much. I’ve owned every version of the Jetstream Sitka has come out with and they always perform so well. But this iteration is a major step backward from a hunting standpoint. The size and fit was great. They also brought back the double chest pockets which is a win. The zippers are the best zipper on any Jetstream jacket thus far. And the zipper pulls on this version are a nice touch as well. The issue is the noise. This is hands down the noisy jacket I’ve ever purchased. I knew the minute I put it on that I was going to have to return it. The crinkly sounds from the jacket’s new reinforced sections are so loud that it can only be described as opening up a big bag of chips every time you move your arms. Even my wife who is not a hunter said that she could hear me moving from across the house. There’s no way I could ever hunt in this jacket which is a shame because everything else about it is so good. I am shocked they would release a hunting jacket that’s this noisy. A swing and a miss in this one.

The jacket fits nice, but is very crinkly and noisy when you move. Not ideal for bow hunters.

Love the new mods to the jet stream. Seems to be bigger than prior jet streams though.

Sizing has changed, but the jacket has been bulletproofed

The new design of the Jetstream features stretchy cuffs and an improved, durable shell across the chest and arms. My last one was a little snug, so I ordered a size up - I had to exchange it because they improved the fitment of the Jetstream as well. The new version is much more durable and perfect for layering. They’ve taken a premium jacket and developed it into its ultimate form.

Great durable jacket that keeps

Great durable jacket that keeps the wind off. I wish it was a little thinner and more flexible(somewhere between this and the LT version. ) but perfect other than that.

warranty repair

I sent my favorite jetstream jacket to repair zipper, my jacket was old, discontinued model , Sitka sent me a new jacket under warranty their response was amazing, no questions asked , return was quick my package arrived just in time for my first hunt of year, was amazing a new jacket instead my old one , this why I wear SITKA clothing , great product and warranty thank you SITKA team

The jetstream jacket is lightweight

The jetstream jacket is lightweight soft to the touch, quiet in above freezing temperatures in 100% blocks the wind! I especially like all the venting capabilities. Great jacket!! I’m excited to test this jacket out during November gun season.

Easy to see why so many call it a ‘must have’

All around a very well thought out jacket. Warm but not overly so, athletic cut but still able to layer underneath. Pit zips and chest pockets are a nice touch and the elastic sleeve cuffs work surprising well.

Excellent coat for frigid layering mornings but warm enough for those cool mornings by itself.

Love it! 6’4” 210lbs. Xlt fits awesome, longer tail and sleeve keeps the jacket from pulling during activity. Already put it to work.

Cool jacket

I’m 6'7" and got the biggest size they make. It actually fit better than I expected. Felt right at first, which doesn’t happen often for me. After moving around a bit though, I could tell it was a little short overall, and while the sleeves are long for most people, they were still a bit short for me. All the performance features that made me buy it were there and seemed legit. It feels like a well-made parka shell, the kind you’d use for backcountry skiing. If this jacket was offered in a Tall, that extra length would have made it perfect for me. Just didn’t quite fit right as is, but I’d still recommend it if the sizing works for you.

Jet stream and 110L bag

Jet Stream is my go to for all seasons. Since it is water proof and wind proof , I am warm on every hunt . The 110 L bag is best bag being water proof and storage pockets.

Less is more!

The updates made to the Jetstream Jacket are great. The Jetstream was already an extremely versatile piece but it’s even better now. The new version is more packable and performs better in a layered system. As a backcountry hunter, the new version is going to be a very versatile piece to have all season long.

New material

I habe the old style hacket but I ripped it on a double black diamond skiing in MT. Loved that jacket!! This one seems more water resistant but the material is stiffer and noisier. Hopefully it breaks in otherwise go back to the laat version plz!! XL tall fits perfect. 210 lbs 6’2 athletic build.

This jacket is the perfect combination of fit, weight and function ability. Packable enough to easily pack in my travel backpack and warm enough to get to the vehicle once landed in colder destinations. The upgrade to the jacket was spot on. I bought the wife one and it’s her go to jacket for all scenarios.

Ive had the old style jet stream for a long time and love the new improved design. More comfortable it feels and the arm pit breathers are much better!
