Solid built

I don’t have enough good things to say. For early to mid season these bibs were really put through the ringer in the backwoods of Oklahoma. I was hesitant at first because I had saw some other reviews saying the material snagged and got caught on there first time out. That can only be true if you are just walking right through devils vine or massive briar patches without a care in the world. They have held up hiking into thick tall CRP fields, light thorn bushes, mud, snow and even prickly pears to the side of them. The material reminds me of the feeling of a soft slick polyester feeling that’s very durable. I was also worried about getting deer blood on them because I’ve had clothes stain from it even after washing it immediately. Nope, these sat with not a crazy amount of blood on them but still a fair amount for about a week while still hunting. Threw them in the wash on delicate cycle and put some of my detergent in it. Pulled them out and there was zero trace of blood on them. Brand new. I’m very impressed with these bibs.

Love these

I bought these for ohio bow season this year and they exceeded my expectations. They held up to the thorns and briars walking in the woods in the dark. With the right base layers I a hunted 28 degree morning and not a single time during that got cold. They are also extremely comfortable. Highly recommend. I got size large and I am 6'1" and they fit great with plenty of adjustment to add base layers.

Perfect for Texas weather

The traverse line is the set to have if you hunt anywhere in Texas. This bib specifically is amazing from early season to late season, because there are plenty of vent pockets and you can layer underneath if its colder. I layer with the gradient pant. The pee zipper has proved itself helpful as well. Highly recommend!

Thick enough that I'm warm

Thick enough that I'm warm with a warm layer underneath... but not too thick as to make it where I can't move comfortably.

I love Sitka products! My

I love Sitka products! My only issue is everything I order an XL fits me. I ordered these bibs in a XL and they were way to big. I exchanged, at my expense, for a large and they were still a little big. This is more of an information post for someone ordering, these run large. Everything else seems fine.

I have always been a

I have always been a Scentlok guy over the years and made the change to Sitka in 2022. I have been extremely impressed with every item I have purchased. The Traverse, Fanatic and Stratus systems are phenomenal. Fit is athletic, so if you carry a few extra pounds may be good to size up. I’m 5’10” 190#’s and Large fits fine even when layering. The only thing left to test is durability over time,. Sitka is an investment but most good things these days are. Very happy with my purchases.

Great pair of bibs. With

Great pair of bibs. With the correct layers underneath these bibs work well in temps in the upper 20s. Sheds water really well. Plenty of zippers on the legs to make putting on and taking off a breeze. I highly recommend.

Bought these for a mid-season

Bought these for a mid-season outer layer and they have exceeded my expectations — extremely warm and provide good wind protection!

Sitka has one again nailed

Sitka has one again nailed it. I bought these for mid layers, however I use them for my outer layers keeps me warm. Very light weight, quiet in the woods, and easy on and off. I would recommend them to anyone .

Very nicely made garment, would

Very nicely made garment, would be great if they made a tall version. To get the length good, the crotch hangs way too low for me.

As usual Sitka nailed it

As usual Sitka nailed it with these bibs, they do run a little big which I was able to easily exchange them for medium. Over the past couple weeks morning hunts have had temps around 20-24 degrees in WV and this set worked perfectly. Couldn’t ask for better gear! Thanks Sitka Team!

A great addition to any

A great addition to any hunting clothing. I have hunted in the bib six times already this season and it has proven to be a great value. Comfortable, versatile and quiet while the zippers on the legs allow for cooling when the day warms up after those chilly mornings in the stand or blind.

California guy here. Used this

California guy here. Used this bib with a base layer to hunt Northwest Colorado. Temps ranged fromn6 to 37 degrees. This bib is amazing. I did a lot of humping around with it. It’s very comfortable and kept me warm. I also recommend getting the ambiant jacket and you will have. A great cold weather system.

The best mid cold gear

The best mid cold gear I’ve ever worn but you can add some thermals or your favorite base layer and you can stall all day in comfort. Extremely quite when bow hunting from tree stand.

Overall a good value. The shoulder straps are cheap. I'd rather pay a little more for straps with buckles.

They run a little big.

They run a little big. In stratus bibs I wear an XL, in the traverse bibs I wear a Large. 6 foot 210lbs. Stratus bibs catch every singe burr imaginable, these do not. Very quiet and warm. Full length zips are great and the hand warmer does its job. I’m good in these down to low 30s with core lightweight and heavy weight bottoms. Anything colder and I throw the Celsius midi pants on. No wind-stopper material but they do a decent job.

Surprisingly warm, with a nice base layer and mid layer you would be comfortable in 20’s with this. Could be used in 60’s as well. Built great and ultra quiet. They nailed this one. I’m 5’9 190 and the L fits good, it’s a little baggy if anything.

Great pant, haven't used this

Great pant, haven't used this season but taken for test drives. I sized down to a medium from a large, being that the traverse is very stretchy. I would recommend anyone in between sizes to size down unless they want the ability to shove their entire arms down the sides of the pants while wearing them. They are a bit baggy. Only gripe is being predominantly left handed for most things, it would have been nice to have the extra two zippers on the lefts side as well as the right, but oh well.

Love the fit and finish. I ordered the XL and I'm 5-9 230. This is a good system to add to your collection. It already has some good insulation built in for the cooler temps and with the right layering can get you into colder temps.

This is the best set

This is the best set of gear that I have ever worn. Went on a hunt this past weekend and it was very windy and pretty cool outside. Never felt the wind and never once got a chill. Will be purchasing more gear until I get the full complement for hunting whitetail and will start working on the waterfowl gear. Great product!!!

I'm 5'2 curvy (14/16) and

I'm 5'2 curvy (14/16) and these pants are amazing! I live in Palmer Alaska and wear them most of the winter in single digits. Very cozy!! I took them on a deer hunting trip to Sitka AK and they kept me very warm in the open skiff. The one thing I didn't like was getting wet while kneeling in the muskeg and or sitting. That was the only down fall of the pant was it's not water proof. BUT, they are totally worth it!
