Lightweight, very packable, stayed dry,

Lightweight, very packable, stayed dry, fully featured. I sized up which made it easily to get over my timberline pants and long johns. The snaps at the ankle kept them from dragging, even sized up. Full double zipper made deploying them easy and meant I could still access my pockets in the pants underneath. Great pant.

Waterproof pant

Runs longer than expected. I appreciate the extra room width wise to be able to layer up on colder days. Great piece.

Not a good fit for muscular build

Unfortunately I didn’t notice until after I ordered that these pants do not have a zipper, and the waist is not very elastic, so if you’re a woman with muscle on her thighs and backside, these won’t work for you. Too bad since the material seemed really nice.

Ultralight pant that is extremely packable and completely waterproof!

Bought these Sitka Women's Dew Point Pants for my wife as an ultralight pant that is extremely packable and completely waterproof. We primarily do backcountry hunting. I wanted her to have something that would protect her from the weather but did not restrict movement. She says they are super lightweight, loves the side zips for ventilation and easy to pull over her boots. The taped seams are guaranteed waterproof plus for heavy rain or wet snow. These pants are definitely women-specific, modular cut for max mobility and have an adjustable nylon web belt. Definitely fits easily over base layers. Terrific product!

I live in oregon so these pants are perfect for the rainy season we get, perfect for keeping me dry during the deer and elk season

These were a must have. . . . I've tried other Waterproof pants for big game and waterfowl season, these are the best ones by far!

Bought these for my GF, and she loves the fit and full leg zippers. I got these for trips to the river so far they windproof but not tested in the rain as of yet.

I got these for my daughter. They are very good rain pants that fit her well over her insulated pants and merino wool base layer. They keep her dry and are also windproof. The camo allows her to use when she’s hunting too.

Fits True to Size When it Shouldn't

Sitka needs to figure out their fit issues on women's shell products. I even emailed customer support to understand whether I needed to order my true size or to size up. I was told to order my true size as shell layers are allegedly built with more room. When I received the pants, there was no room for my clothing underneath. This product is clearly not developed to fit as a shell should fit, or least customers should be advised to size up.

Disappointing so far.

Sitka clearly needs to do more R&D on women’s fit. Bought these hoping for a fully waterproof, durable and relatively quiet outer layer for deer hunting in the Pacific Northwest. Size is fairly true to fit in the waist but there is way too much material in the crotch and they lack the articulation needed in the legs for active movement. They are also SUPER loud and the material seems really thin for the high level of durability that they advertise. I haven’t had a chance to field test them yet but I suspect they won’t last long in even light bush walking. Unfortunately that won’t cut it in an environment where soaked to the bone is a regular reality without proper gear. That said, if you’re looking for a really light option that will be stashed in your pack most of the time and pulled out only for light use, these are a great option.
