This is my second one and I highly recommend it. The arm pits on some vests are too tight. This one is spot on. You can't go wrong, especially when they are on sale!

This thing is bulletproof and amazing. One of my favorite articles of clothing.

Runs small

Great material and great look, but runs shockingly small. I ordered a large but it fits more like a medium or even small.

FANTASTIC BASELAYER

The Core Merino 120 LS Crew is my go-to baselayer. I’ve used it for everything from fly fishing to archery elk, and it’s been solid in all conditions. It dries quick, stays comfortable, and keeps you warm during those cold mornings and evenings. This has easily become a staple in my outdoor clothing setup and something I grab every trip.

This was my first Sitka purchase. I was shopping for my nieces husband and found this jacket. It was on sale 50% off. So that was a great deal to get it for $150 compared to $300 plus. It arrived fast and before X-Mas. I have worn it in -30F this year up near the Champlain border region. The Goretex Windstop does what it says. I stayed warm all winter walking the dogs and working the property at our restaurant and bar. The heavy east winds never sucked the warmth out of my jacket. It kept me warm and dry. I really like the fleece high pile lined pockets for your hands. Very roomy, warm. The interior drop pocket and inner chest zip pocket are also perfect for storing things like your gloves and beanie when coming in and out. Layers well with my flannels, HH pullovers or other gear. With plenty of adjustable pulls to seal up when needed. Definitely recommend this jacket.

This jacket is incredible, worth every penny. Wore this coat ice fishing and several times open water fishing so far this spring, waterproof, windproof and warm!! I can't wait for duck season this fall, no more shivering!!!

I have found this is my go to jacket. Perfect weight for whatever Montana can dish out for weather. Light, warm, fits great. I now have in four colors! 2 camo and 2 solid for around town. The fit is awesome for me in XXL, at 6 feet 260 pounds, it perfect for my large frame. I wear hunting, skiing, fishing, out and about. It is the perfect go to jacket!

Its a good pullover but not warm enough as a stand alone. Please make a Heavy weight sweater that is breathable and windproof that is good to 30 degrees Like a Filson sweater but washable

Did exactly what I needed. I caught my jacket on a piece of wire and put a small tear in. It was able to cut these patches and it did the trick.

I have purchased multiple weights of Sitka merino base layers and they wear great, fit great and provide exceptional warmth.

Lightweight

I was very happy with the incinerator jacket. I hunted north west Wisconsin in February with a temp of 0 and warm of 10. I had one layer on underneath and was very warm while moving around. Incredibly light weight for hiking through snow and the woods.

This is one Warm Jacket!

This is one Warm Jacket! I have a Duck Oven Jacket, and I would put it about as warm as that one. Like a lot of Sitka, I would say the size is on the smaller size, which works great for me.

Most versatile hunting jacket

You can wear this jacket first week of the season over a t-shirt when it's in the 60" and 70's or last day of the season when it's minus 20 degrees. over the Duck Oven jacket or heavy base layer. So versatile and lightweight. And entirely waterproof. I own the first generation of this jacket and love it so much, I updated. I do really miss the pit-zips however on the first generation jacket.

Not for super cold weather, but enough to keep the chill off. I prefer thin gloves for both hunting and photography. Work well for both as long as you have a nice warm pocket on really cold mornings

Heading to Alaska

Heading to Alaska to chase Silver Salmon in August. Needed a new rain jacket so I called my Alaska guy and ask him which one will handle Alaska weather. He and all the other guides at the lodge wear Sitka.

Son loves it.

Warm. Fits great. He;s about 4'8" 75#. I wish Sitka had more options in youth sizes. They always want what dad has.
