Amazing Fishing Gear!

These bibs kept me dry. They also make it easy to keep cool when the weather shifts as the legs can be zipped down from the top. I got lots of compliments on them.

I really like this piece

I really like this piece of gear. Its not to big, not to small. Holds just the right amount of equipment, and when it gets hot you can roll a small hoodie up and stuff it into the pack. 10/10

Haven’t tried it out hunting yet since it’s summer. Very warm so far though worn indoors and around the yard at night.

I was looking to upgrade my old Amazon large duffle for hunting trips that last more than a couple days. This bag fits the bill and I was stoked to get it on sale!

Great waders

Second pair of Sitka waders. I have the original first run pair and still use them. Got these and plan to use old ones as back up! Great piece of gear . You won’t regret it and warranty was always honored, only needs it once. My only complaint bus I’m short 5’5 155 lbs and medium fits me with room but would be nice if they made these in a large short like the ventlites.

This was the exact coat

This was the exact coat I’d been searching for over the past two years. I’ve had the Kelvin AeroLite jacket for years, but it struggled in heavy wind. I was planning on adding a Jetstream to my pack to take care of the wind, but now I don’t need to. Adding the Kelvin Pro let me add a windstopper layer without adding the weight of an additional jacket.

This fits everything I need for a week long hunting trip. With the backpack straps it easy to be hands free. I recommend this to everyone.

Nice collar buckle at times can come undone. Other than that it is very well made.

Great mid layer

Great mid layer. I actually own three. One I wear everyday in the winter on the cold mornings to work. The others I wear under my coats deer hunting or duck hunting. The only thing is that I would not just wear it to my stand because it will pick easily but very quiet to wear in the stand.

Narrow, questionable torsional stability

I’d like to provide a thorough review here because if you’re like me and can only order Sitka online, reviews are very helpful. Unfortunately, I could not get these shoes on my feet, they were too narrow. A larger size wasn’t the answer, the insoles were 3/16” longer than the ones from my current running shoes. So, I don’t know who these will fit - maybe if you slip on climbing shoes like clogs to run to the mailbox, these will work for you? I also gave them a good twist and, compared to my approach shoes, they were soft - so more like runners than something you’d use off-trail. Same for the tread - definitely an on-trail lug pattern and not something I’d want to use on wet rock. If they bumped up the grip, the torsional stability and added a wide, I’d try them again.
