This top is very wary and an excellent option for a single top on cool days, or a base layer when conditions worsen. I really like the detail of thumb loops and a longer tail.

The fit is amazing my boyfriend is 6'4" and I got the xl and the fit is amazing with the longer back it won't rid up in the colder months when he is hunting

One of my favorites pieces from Sitka. Warm but not too thick, great under layer or just hoodie if not too cold. Very comfortable!

Essential For Every Day

I wear this on EVERY hunt. Chilly/cold/freezing days… it doesn’t matter, I’ve got this on. The solid brown is my go-to underneath a Duck Oven (cold days) or just the Jetstream Vest (mild days). Only complain is that the belly/body is big. I am 6’2” 215lbs and wear an XL.

Perfect layering piece or worn solo on a mild day.

Use this in place of a grid fleece

I really like how well this material moves moisture from the body and it has morphed into a mid-layer combined with the lightweight hoody. It's exceptionally warm but can transfer moisture off and even under a lot of work out, I stay relatively dry.

Like that is both a mid-layer and outer-layer garment. Enough room to allow good base-layer. Warm enough to be the outer-layer. Also, not over-sized that would prohibit wearing my regular size shell. However, need to wear a separate neck gaiter to get full nose and mouth coverage on those really cold days/nights.

Very comfortable layer Hoodie, It is heavyweight warm yet light in actual weight. I bought two. One for my hunting gear and one for work gear. They are both excellent!!!

I have been using this with a core lightweight and grinder hoodie for pheasant hunting in the twenties it works well. For windy colder days I use the wind breaker hoodie as an outer layer. 4 stars because it and the grinder developed a little piling right away.

Such a great every day sweater

I bought my first heavyweight hoodie last year as an under shirt, I now wear these all the time as a going out sweater. Such an essential part of my wardrobe!

Could be one of the best pieces of Sitka I own, this piece is versatile for chasing elk in mid-September, to chasing big mule deer, late season in November. The moisture wicking features keeps moisture off your body and protects as a true base layer.
