Ascent Shoes purchased both regular and Gore tex

Awesome shoe! Fit and comfort very pleasing. The sole has nice cushion feeling in the heel.

Little more room….

Picked this up as it appeared to have a better strap configuration which it does than the older model, but when I got it my 10x50’s leave a larger gap when closed up and latched. These are a very popular brand of Bino and it’s shocking they don’t fit. These older model fit these same binos without a problem. If you run a 10x42 or smaller Swar or Leupold I believe they would fit, but not on the bigger brother. That’s why I would give it 4 stars as the rest of the pack is really well made and I like the accessories attachment points.

Pro Pants

Decided to add these to my selection of pants I already have for those wet days or pushing through snow. The fit is perfect and the details of lace clips and how the legs are cuffed ensure no snow or rain creeps upward into your pants. Zipper vents add to the versatility of dealing with heat while hiking in.

Fit and finish with high packability

Great jacket to keep stuffed in my top compartment of my pack to grab when I stop to glass when it’s cold out and needing an extra layer.

Excellent pants, but not thorn repellent

Love these pants. 6’1” 230 athletic and normally wear a 35-36 in waist and got the 36 in waist. Just walked/hiked 13 miles in them through the woods. Only complaint is that it was my very first wear, and they have fray or thorn markings (damage)already.

I love these shorts. I ended up buying two pair and would have purchased a third but they were sold out in my size in the third color. They fit true to size, feel great, and are built solid. I wear them almost every day.

Best Gear I Own

Every detail is done with perfection. This colorway is perfect for whitetail in Texas. There’s already a learning curve having moved here from Utah. Sitka has helped even the odds.

Harvested my first elk in these!

Absolutely love these pants! I have been running Sitka gear for 6-7 years now and primarily chased birds. I started hunting ungulates a couple years back and as luck would have it, my first one was an elk. The whole thing has been replaying in my head for the past couple of weeks but I am so thankful for the quality gear that has helped me put my full focus into the hunt and pack out. The zippered air vents are a game changer if you’ve never experienced it. Comfortable and functional.

I bought this hat in black for my 79 year old dad to wear over a black Sitka billed hat to wear in his ground blind. He really likes it.

Favorite pant for early & mid-season hunt!

This pant does not disappoint! They are so comfortable, allowing for long sits in the stand without feeling restricted. I love the pockets, which I have found most other woman’s hunting pants are lacking. They keep you cool in early season, and when the temps start to get a little chillier, I throw a midweight baselayer underneath so I can wear them a little longer before breaking out my late season gear. I highly recommend!
